Vegan Coffee Creamer
I use ~2 tablespoons of this creamer in my coffee every morning. I like my coffee light and a little sweet. I make this on Sunday to enjoy in my coffee for the rest of the week. Many vegan creamers have fillers and additives. Not mine! I used canned coconut milk to stay plastic free.
Serving Size: 2 Tbsp
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Store in an airtight container for the week!
