Homemade 2-Ingredient Coconut Milk Creamer

Once you make this creamer, you’ll never go back! It’s AMAZING. I used to like my coffee super light and super sweet, but I now enjoy the taste of coffee with a hint of coconut. I make this creamer every Sunday and it lasts all week. Many coffee creamers, especially the non-dairy, plant based ones, have fillers, additives, and a lot of added sugar, and they come in non-recyclable or single-use plastic containers. Not mine! This has only 2 ingredients and I use Whole Foods brand full fat canned* coconut milk to stay plastic free.

*Note about canned foods: Make sure the canned goods say “BPA free lining” on them. BPA is a hormone disrupting chemical. There is research suggesting that it has negative health effects on the brain, heart, behavior, prostate gland of fetuses, and infants and children.

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for the week! When it’s cold, it becomes thicker and creamier.
